Not Vtuber Merch — Actual Garments for the French Streamer & Content Creator.

We led the apparel design and manufacturing for Saruei’s 2023 merchandise drop, a limited-run collection for one of the largest French-speaking VTubers online. With a fanbase this size and this passionate, the bar wasn’t just “merch”, it was a wearable extension of Saruei’s brand that fans would actually reach for on a daily basis, not shelve as a one-time collectible.

The collection was designed to let fans choose the palette that fits their style. We developed the graphics around Saruei’s V-Tuber model & visual futuristic sci-fi identity, balancing bold, statement-making front and back placements with clean, everyday wearability, so the pieces held up as streetwear first and fan merch second.

Beyond the apparel itself, we handled the full production pipeline: sourcing premium blanks, managing print and embroidery specs, and overseeing manufacturing to ensure quality held up at scale for a global fanbase. The drop rounded out with a cute keychain, giving fans a complete package alongside the apparel.

The drop reinforced what a creator-first apparel program should feel like: high-quality product, fast turnaround, and design that respects the fandom enough to make something they’re proud to wear.
